Hot Grape-nuts Cereal Recipe

This recipe is very similar to the Hot Grape Nuts Recipe I used today for my Breakfast! Since I am lactose intolerant, I used Silk Light Vanilla insetad of milk. Microwaved for about a minute and a half and topped with my favorite fruit. Mine was ripe sliced bananas.
This is the best kind of recipe to make for yourself if you are like me, an on-the-go type who can hardly find the spare time to sit down and enjoy a Healthy Breakfast. Breakfast is THE most important meal of the day. This hot cereal recipe is loaded with Fiber and Iron, both of which will keep your hunger at bay well into your lunch time hours!
Busy people don't fret, you seriously don't have to skip Breakfast if you have the right ingredients already at home, for you to make really quick and eat, or grab on your way out the door.
I myself am glad I'm trying my best to take the time to have a healthy Breakfast every morning, and skip that pesky, but ever so convenient drive through. I really don't need to pay $2 to $5 every other morning for a very small cup of oatmeal and some raisins from McDonald's. When ever I do, I end up hungry an hour later and my wallet is unfortunately lighter as well. Hopefully by eating in the morning at home, will help to make my stomach and my wallet a bit fuller!
